Emily Bentley is the education engagement specialist at Building Bridges to Careers (BB2C), serving the Southeastern Ohio region and beyond. BB2C utilizes community and career connected learning, a collaborative learning system integrating community partnerships and career awareness, into experiential, place-based learning. She received her BA from Earlham College and MPA from Ohio University's Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Service. Her background, teaching in public schools and working for a regional community foundation in Appalachian Ohio, has sought to create authentic opportunities for students and educators in rural communities.
