Jessica Hocking, M.A.T., is a doctoral student in the developmental psychology program at the University of Notre Dame. She is a licensed teacher in the state of Oregon and formerly taught seventh grade. Her research interests include school-based interventions for improving the educational, physical, and social/emotional outcomes of girls. She is also interested in identity development and its relationship with body image and the development of health behaviors.
