Joseph J. Ferrare is an assistant professor in the School of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences at the University of Washington Bothell. Prior to his position at UWB, he was on the faculty at the University of Kentucky and had previously been a policy analyst at EMC Research in Seattle, WA. His research examines the ways that public policies and social/organizational networks shape patterns of social inequality and mobility in the education system.
